+ Directly supported VP of Operations & Packaging Plant through key developmental stages: managing vendor relationships, maintaining inventory, testing custom film extrusions with chemical engineers, updating printed flexible films by retrofitting designs based on performance behaviors, traveling abroad to inspect bespoke machinery

+ Collaborated with marketing/PR teams on social, email and paid ad strategies to drive traffic, capture leads and increase sales
